猫から人にうつり呼吸困難を引き起こす新しい病気にかかる人がここ数年、相次いでいる。世界初の患者を報告した英国では死者も出ている。日本では届け出義務はなく、医師や獣医師でさえほとんど知らない。厚生労働省は潜在患者は多いとみて、先月２２日に都道府県などに注意を呼びかける文書を出した。
